That is a stress?



Refer to certain events in which we meet situations that imply strong demands for the individual, that they can exhaust its resources of confrontation.


The stress is produced as consequence of an imbalance between the demands of the environment.

One of the principal things that us put stress on us is the pressure that surgue on having realized a donkey-work or not to sleep well, any works of the school and any of the persons who surround us.
